General Pest Coverage: Includes interior and exterior service for general pests,
including ants, crickets, spiders, sewer roaches, silverfish, and beetles. Service
includes treatment around the perimeter of the home, web removal, treatment
for ants, treatment of water meter and in-ground irrigation boxes, and interior
baseboard treatment in key areas including doorways and garage.
Scorpion Coverage: Includes scorpion-targeted treatment using a higher
concentration scorpion product and dusting materials applied around the home,
at entry points, and in applicable areas such as block wall columns to help
reduce scorpion activity.
Termite Coverage: Includes installation, monitoring, and maintenance of
termite bait stations, subject to the selected service plan. Bait stations are
placed around the perimeter of the home as a first line of defense against
termite activity, and active agreements include maintenance of the bait
stations and spot treatment for termite activity found on or in the home after
installation.
Mosquito Coverage: Includes treatment of the yard, including shrubs, bushes,
and other areas that are conducive to mosquito breeding and activity, using a
backpack blower mister for broader coverage of foliage and treatment areas.
During your initial service visit, our trained
technician will perform a full inspection of your
property to identify:
Existing pest activity
Potential entry points
Nesting sites
Harborage areas
Based on the results of the initial inspection,
your pest control technician will provide an interior
& exterior treatment that would likely include:
Treating baseboards in the house and garage
Dusting plumbing
Baiting for ants and roaches, if necessary
Treatment for mice and rats inside, if applicable
Dusting beams and joints in the crawl space, if there is one
Foundation Spray
Treating wall voids, entry points & exterior lights
Sweeping & de-webbing eaves
Treating cracks & crevices in the driveway and walkway
Treating all ant mounds and problem areas in the yard
De-webbing areas where webs have developed
Setting exterior rodent stations, if necessary
Upon completing service, your pest control
technician will let you know what to expect in
the coming days, share tips for maintaining a
pest-free environment, and provide any other
information essential to your plan.
Sometimes you may a slight increase in pest
activity after your service as pest populations
are disrupted. This is normal and nothing to
worry about! Within a few weeks, you should
see activity drastically decline and with regular
services performed every quarter, that protective
barrier we established will prevent re-infestations
from occurring.
